Delete your Voke account

In the app

1. Open Voke and tap your account button at the top of the Feed.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your Apple account, or the Apple relay address Voke shows in your account, and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Straight away: you’re signed out on every device, removed from every circle, and nobody can see your data. Circles you ran are handed to the longest-standing member.
• Next: Voke revokes its access to your Apple and Google accounts, and deletes your health data, chats, morning summaries, sharing settings and account.
• Within 7 days: no copy of your account’s encryption key exists anywhere, so the encrypted copies left in backups can’t be read.

What doesn’t get deleted

• Data in Apple Health or your Google account. Voke only reads it. Manage it in those apps.
• Data an AI app you connected already read. Delete it in that app.

To stop Voke reading new data without deleting your account, remove its access in the Health app (Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices, Voke) or in your Google account.
